Dominic J Maxwell MD, Chief Medical Officer

A 1995 graduate of the College of Human Medicine at      Michigan State University, Dr Maxwell came to medicine and psychiatry following an early career of designing and leading therapeutic wilderness programs for at risk adolescents.
Dr Maxwell completed his residency training in
psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School  and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Children’s Hospital of Boston. In his clinical practice, Dr. Maxwell specializes in  treating challenging and treatment resistant cases, providing second opinions, and finding new approaches to treating anxiety and  depression. In the past several years this has led him to incorporate  novel treatments into his practice including the use of intravenous ketamine, and Transcranial Magenetic Stimulation (TMS).

Teera Bullock, Director of First Impressions
Tia is a Business Management graduate of Anne Arundel Community College.  She also studied business and development programs at The Johns Hopkins University.  She has enjoyed supporting health care providers and patients at the Johns Hopkins Breast Center and the Franklin Square Breast Center.  

Tia's spare time activities include family,  crabbing, exploring the estuaries of the Chesapeake Bay, and serving as Secretary for the Eastern Yacht Club.

Sharonda Murray, TreatmentTechnician

 Sharonda has been trained and certified in TMS Treatment Therapy and has extensive Peer-to-Peer support.  

A native New Yorker, Sharonda previously worked in outpatient psychiatry at a private practice. She enjoys keeping up with the latest scientific and technical innovations.
